Print Ad Campaign

Since the beginning, Rhoads Creative's core principle is results-driven success. Years back, Southdown homes sought a campaign different from everything else in the area.
Why this project?
Everything at Rhoads Creative is about return on investment, and this project demonstrates it best. The first month these ads ran, Southdown had record sales center traffic and home sales. That matters most even if we received a lot of attention for the headlines.

Website Design and Development

Moser Homes needed a totally revamped website, and Rhoads Creative delivered a website that was not only groundbreaking but also won the prestigious National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) award for the best website in the country. The website established us as THE digital partner for home builders, regardless of their size.
Why this project?
Digital marketing expertise and strategy for homebuilders is all we do. This project brought Rhoads Creative to the forefront. We've come a long way since 2003 and have grown to partner with over 100 builders across the country. Their success lies in our digital-first expertise, totally focused on the building industry.

Pinnd
Client:Pinnd
A builder client needed help to revive a struggling community in northern Maryland. We took a deep dive into their digital strategy, and that's when we noticed something strange; all efforts targeted just 20 miles of the local area - but was this the right approach? To find an answer, we decided to plot every home buyer on an actual map and found that everyone that bought a home lived 5 miles off Route 95 from Maryland to New York.
Why this project?
Rhoads Creative just thinks different, this project demonstrates it best. Instead of just trying a new radius, we looked at the data entirely differently. Since then, we have developed proprietary Pinnd (logo) software that automatically plots our partner's information on a map with source sorting, date comparisons, and more to give clients a different preservative on their data.

Remy's Pick
Client:Remy's Pick
When Remy, the lovable golden retriever, arrived at McKee in early 2015, we knew he had to be shared. That's why we created the “Remy's Picks" section of the website and an entire marketing campaign around it! Even today, you can see Remy's "Picks" across McKee communities.
Why this project?
At Rhoads Creative, our core is data-driven ROI. But that doesn't mean creativity takes a backseat. The Remy's Picks campaign delivered substantial ROI and won multiple local, regional, and national awards for its creativity.

Hulu Advertising

Rhoads Creative was among the first agencies with exclusive access to beta test Hulu's new advertising platform. Within six weeks, our partners saw a dramatic increase in all website metrics and, of course, ROI
